💡 Refunds are only possible before finalization and if your NFTs haven’t been transferred or sold.
Connect your wallet to the Hexbox platform.
Go to the campaign page where you made your investment.
Click “Request Refund.”
Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Your refund will be processed (minus commission and gas fees). You'll receive USDC back to your wallet.
Your investment NFT will be deducted from your wallet.
The NFT will be burned to prevent reuse.
The campaign’s available stock will be updated (+1) after the burn.
If you want to invest again, you’ll need to purchase a new NFT.
