What happens if the campaign goal is exceeded?

When a campaign on Hexbox raises more funds than its original goal, it is considered overvaluated.

In All-or-Nothing and Flexible funding campaigns, once the campaign is successful and finalized, refunds are not available due to overfunding. Exceeding the funding goal does not create additional refund rights for investors, as contributions are made based on the campaign terms defined at launch.

When a campaign becomes overvaluated, the Hexbox system automatically recognizes this status. Overvaluated campaigns may receive additional visibility, including marketing and promotional placement on the Hexbox homepage, to highlight strong investor interest and campaign traction.

Overfunding does not change the executor’s responsibilities. The campaign executor remains fully responsible for delivering the promised product, service, or outcome as described in the campaign.
