Do I need to sell products or services to raise funds?

No. You are not required to offer products or services in order to run a campaign on Hexbox.

Every campaign automatically includes a Donation Token, which is created by default. This token allows supporters to contribute funds without receiving a product or service in return. From a technical perspective, even donations are processed as token purchases, but no delivery or utility is required for donation-based campaigns.

If you choose:

• You may only use the Donation Token and skip creating any product or service tokens

• You may combine donations with products or services, or

• You may run a pure donation or charity campaign

Donation-only campaigns are especially suitable for charities, social causes, community initiatives, and non-profit fundraising, where supporters contribute simply to support the mission.
