What is "Campaign Verification" and how does it work?

Campaign Verification is an optional trust layer that helps investors better understand who is behind a campaign. It is designed to increase transparency and credibility without making verification mandatory for using Hexbox.

How does the verification process start?

When you submit a campaign for verification, you are required to provide a valid email address and phone number for the campaign executor. These details are used solely for verification communication.

How will Hexbox contact me?

After your campaign is submitted, a Hexbox team member will contact you directly using the email address and phone number provided in the campaign form. No automated or third-party verification services are used.

What information is required?

During verification, we may request:

  • Business documents (for company campaigns), or

  • A personal identification document (for individual campaigns)

In addition, a short live video call (5–10 minutes) is required. This is a simple introduction call to confirm that:

  • You are a real person

  • You are the same individual or representative declared in the campaign

This is not an interview, audit, or financial review.

What are the advantages of a Verified Campaign?

Verified campaigns receive:

  • Higher visibility across the Hexbox platform

  • Free front-page promotion on the Hexbox website

  • Increased investor confidence through a visible Verified badge

Verification does not change how funds are released or how smart contracts work—it only improves trust and exposure.

Is verification mandatory?

No. Verification is completely optional. You can create and run campaigns without verification, but verified campaigns may attract more attention and investor trust.

How is my information handled?

All verification information is used only for identity confirmation and is handled confidentially. Hexbox does not publish, sell, or reuse your documents for any other purpose.
