How my business will access to funds after finalization of a campaign?

Hexbox uses smart contract–based escrow to manage all campaign funds. This means funds are released automatically according to the funding model you choose—no manual withdrawal requests are required.

All-or-Nothing Funding

If your campaign successfully reaches its funding target by the end date, you don’t need to take any action. The smart contract will automatically release the funds to the wallet address specified in your campaign. If the target is not reached, funds are automatically returned to investors.

Flexible Funding

Flexible funding works the same way as All-or-Nothing in terms of fund access. When the campaign reaches its final date, the smart contract automatically releases the collected funds to your campaign wallet, regardless of whether the target amount was reached.

Limitless (Ongoing) Funding

Limitless campaigns do not finalize automatically. When the campaign executor manually deactivates the funding run from the campaign page, the smart contract transfers all available funds from the campaign escrow directly to the campaign’s wallet.

KYC & Campaign Verification

Hexbox does not require KYC to use the platform or to raise funds. However, if you choose to run a Verified Campaign, the Hexbox team will contact you directly to verify your identity and business information through an off-platform verification process.
