On Hexbox, an “executor” is the individual or entity responsible for creating, managing, and delivering a campaign. The executor defines the campaign details, selects the funding type, sets the wallet address, publishes content, and oversees the execution of the campaign from launch to completion.

The executor is fully responsible for fulfilling all obligations stated in the campaign, including product or service delivery, communication with investors, and compliance with applicable local and international laws. Hexbox provides the technical infrastructure for fundraising and fund distribution, but does not assume responsibility for execution, delivery, or legal compliance on behalf of the executor.
